Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional events may require additional processing time.

Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution) reserves the right to delay processing due to stock verification, payment verification, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Other Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Remote Areas: 7–15 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Any promotional free shipping offer may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution)'s sole discretion without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Customers are solely responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution) shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional charges arising from:

Incorrect addresses
Incomplete addresses
Wrong PIN codes
Incorrect contact numbers
Customer unavailability at the delivery location

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect address, or failure to respond to courier communications, the shipment may be returned to Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution) as RTO (Return to Origin).

Orders returned as RTO due to customer-related reasons may not qualify for free reshipping.

Customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Repeated RTO orders may result in restriction or suspension of Cash on Delivery (COD) services for that customer.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution) shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Political disturbances
Transportation disruptions
Strikes
Customs clearance procedures
Courier company operational issues

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Customers must report lost, tampered, or damaged shipments within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Claims submitted after the prescribed period may not be accepted.

Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution) reserves the right to investigate claims with the shipping partner before approving any replacement or refund.

Refusal of Delivery

Customers who refuse delivery without a valid reason may become ineligible for future Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.

International Shipping

At present, Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution) ships only within India, unless otherwise specified.

International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Policy Updates

Sogie (Operated by M/S VKR Solution) reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or discontinue this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
